As we enter our next growth phase and embark on another exciting shift towards a B2B2C model following the acquisition of queue-management system and consumer app, Walkup, we have a lot of work to do. Over the next year, the business will transform again as we steady the ship for multinational growth and product diversification. We're looking for people who can enhance our agility, ambition and risk-taking mentality while turning us into a well-oiled machine that's well-positioned to shape the experience economy.

The Role
 

Our Supply Chain team is vital to enabling our growth ensuring our customers have the card machines they need and you’ll become a key part of this team. Reporting to the Dojo Logistics Lead you will join a small team taking ownership of the movement of our card machines to and from customers, being the first point of contact internally for any queries from our wider customer service operations team and externally with our logistics partners.

This is a great opportunity for a curious mind with great organisational and problem solving skills to join us as we scale. A background in fulfilment, logistics or supply chain is great but first and foremost you will be a quick learner with an eye for detail, an ability to deal with ambiguity and continually developing processes and demonstrate a customer first attitude. 
 

What you will do...

  • Be the first point of contact for any questions relating to the outbound or inbound movement of our card machines

  • Upload all requests for card machine pick ups to our logistic partner on a daily basis

  • Monitor logistic partner reporting to ensure card machines are collected and delivered as booked, following up and resolving where this deviates from what was expected whilst managing customer expectations

  • Build relationships with key logistics partner contacts to ensure swift resolution of queries and logistics support whilst holding them accountable to service-level agreements

  • Manage the chasing up outstanding card machines and resolve queries via emails and calls, liaising with our collections team where the CM return process has been exhausted

  • Contribute to the ongoing development of process, policies and procedures relating to the collection of card machines

What you will bring...

  • Experience working in a logistics or transport environment would be beneficial but first and foremost you need to be a self starter and show potential to take on more responsibility and challenge

  • A high degree of self motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal direction, knowing when you need to escalate issues and when to resolve yourself

  • An organised and logical mind that can not only follow existing process but also be part of suggesting and testing continual improvements, feeding back on the impact of changes

  • Be a fast learner with the ability to absorb new knowledge and processes quickly 

  • Excellent communication skills, able to natural build strong working relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers

  • A tenacious attitude, combined with a passion to investigate and problem solve

  • An eye for detail, balancing working at pace with a rigorous approach
