The role 

 

As part of the Growth Tribe, you will partner closely with Commercial Heads to ensure our Field Sales Channel, some 500+ Self Employed Payment Consultants are supported and upskilled to achieve best in class sales performance. 

This will include maximising blended learning opportunities using our LXP platform that’s set to launch at the end of this year as well as building out learning pathways that are fit for scale and can be used when going into new markets. 

You’ll collaborate closely with our Talent Development team to create innovative ways to develiver adaptable training needs, whilst ensuring alignment and the embedding of our 70/20/10 learning culture. 

 

What you will do…

  • Support a regional team of self-employed Payment Consultants and own their onboarding learning pathways 

  • Design & deliver best in class learning content & pathways with a focus on value based selling as well as clear objectives and deliverables

  • Working with a top-class Digital Enablement team to deploy innovative, scalable learning solutions that go beyond the classroom, including self-directed learning, technology-based learning, learning on the job etc.

  • Champion & promote user generated digital learning content on our new  LXP Thrive Platform

  • Use data to inform decisions, tracking and measuring the impact of the learning programmes tied to our overall Commercial/Growth strategies

  • Be accountable for timely delivery, implementation, quality and impact metrics of relevant development offerings

  • Be true SME to the growth tribe and demonstrate learning expertise, championing and promoting the learning offerings 

 

What you will bring…

  • A good understanding of value based selling and ideally a previous background in sales; working with Self-Employed teams.

  • The ability to manage multiple projects at any one time

  • You can work with minimal direction and are comfortable in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent experience in building effective relationships and communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders

  • First class presentation, facilitation and content-creation skills

  • Good understanding of 70-20-10 and self-directed learning

  • A curiosity to learn, develop, and challenge yourself and inspire those around you to do the same

  • Proficiency experience with  LMS & LXP learning platforms
