The Role

We’re looking for a passionate People Advisor to join our growing team and support our Operations and Commercial functions. This is a great opportunity for a HR Generalist to gain exposure to all elements of the employee lifecycle and add real value to our People Operations team.  

You’ll support our people at every stage of their journey with Dojo, from onboarding, to in-life and through to exit of the business. 

What you will do …

  • Ownership of the administration of our employee lifecycle processes - not limited to but including onboarding/offboarding/change in terms/celebrating employee milestone moments

  • Respond to day to day employee queries via all relevant communication channels

  • Using our HRIS (Workday) and Engagement/Performance Platform to access, input and compile people data

  • Audit and own people data to ensure accuracy, problem solving issues and inaccuracies as they arise

  • Advise and coach our people leaders by providing generalist advice regarding Employee Relations queries and issues, and assist in more complex ER cases as needed

  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve our people experience, processes and data (e.g. via running 6 week check-ins and new starter feedback breakfasts)

  • Support People Partners and Talent Acquisition Partners with information to support their strategy and decision making (e.g. new starter/exit interview data)

  • Develop and maintain engaging company-wide frameworks and policies

  • Assist in wider project work and People team initiatives 

  • Ensure business compliance from a people perspective

What you will bring …

  • Proven experience in a similar role, providing generalist HR support in a fast paced environment 

  • Good working knowledge on policies and procedures, employment law and best practice 

  • A relentless people centric approach, with a passion for adding value to every step of the people lifecycle 

  • Computer literacy, ideally proficient with Google suite - and an added benefit would be experience using an HRIS

  • Excellent organisational & interpersonal skills

  • Flexibility and adapability; we’re growing fast and that can mean things change fast so you’ll need to be able to think on your feet

  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) desirable but not essential
