In a fast-growing, constantly moving, business making sure our vendors and suppliers are happy is crucial. As Dojo evolves and transforms, so does the Finance team. While our products make receiving payments effortless for our customers, our finance team ensure our vendors and suppliers get the same treatment. As the finance team moves towards their vision of a fully automated world, the Accounts Payable Associate will play a critical role in continuously improving the Accounts Payable product.
What you will do...
Manage the daily activities, ensuring that all payments are accurate and on time.
Review and improve systems and processes, automating wherever possible.
Set the team’s KPI’s and deliver against them
Ensure the ledgers are correct and feed into the month end reporting.
Be the representative for the AP team in other projects within the business.
What you will bring...
Competent in all areas of the Accounts Payable process
Experience of managing and developing an Accounts Payable team.
Effective stakeholder management skills.
Experience building payment controls and automating processes
Experience processing sales commissions would be beneficial
Strong IT skills.
