The role

Dojo is about to embark on its next major growth moment with the launch of multiple international markets in 2023. Our new Marketing Delivery Manager will have the opportunity to build and embed our localisation approach from the ground up, working closely with our dedicated International Tribe and Marketing department. 

Reporting to Dojo’s Director of Communications, you will be key to the development of all external campaigns and assets, ensuring that content is not just translated, but feels native to each market. The scope is broad, so to be successful you’ll need to bring strong communication and collaboration skills to ensure efficient and quality delivery of all Dojo touchpoints including sales and service materials, brand campaigns, product interface, websites, and more. 

Not only will you play a vital role in the launch of new markets, but also in the ongoing success of those markets. You’ll work with many teams across Dojo to release new features, attract top-quality candidates, drive sales and deliver a world-class support experience. 

What you will do… 

  • Work closely with International Product Marketing to develop a localisation strategy that supports immediate market launches and long-term international expansion goals 

  • Project manage the localisation of all digital and print marketing content, working alongside marketing, creative, product, engineering, external suppliers, and global offices. 

  • Audit existing workflows to identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and the localisation pipeline without compromising quality or consistency

  • Source, manage and advocate the use of translation tools and technology to optimise processes and speed of delivery

  • Create detailed briefs for internal creative teams and agencies, ensuring on-time delivery of activities

  • Establish high-quality localisation standards and evangelise best practices 

  • Define key metrics to measure localisation quality and impact, and use data to drive improvements 

  • Act as a custodian of external collateral, delivering continuous improvement and compliance with brand guidelines and business policies

What will you bring…

  • Experience in a translation, localisation, or project management role

  • A solid understanding of localisation and marketing delivery best practices 

  • Experience using localisation and project management technologies with proven ability to optimise internal processes 

  • Experience working in product organisations with multiple international markets 

  • Experience in an agile and fast-paced environment with an ability to juggle multiple priorities while remaining details-focused

  • Data-led in decision-making and able to clearly demonstrate improvements in performance

  • Highly collaborative, and can adapt communication and engagement style to effectively work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders

  • Experience working in the early stages of international expansion with the introduction of new localisation processes 

  • A hunger for continuous improvement, maintaining a solutions-focused mindset in ambiguous or challenging situations

  • Desired: French, Spanish or German speaker
