The role
Dojo’s Enterprise Risk team is an integral part of ensuring our business is fit for scale and growth. The team work closely with all Tribes to promote a risk based mindset and to provide independent advice and oversight across Dojo’s key processes and initiatives. As an ERM Analyst you will work cross functionally with the wider ERM team to support the business with risk identification and management, assurance reviews, controls testing and risk reporting. What you will do… 
  • Support with the Group’s issue management process where you will triage risk events and carry out root cause analysis, whilst working with a range of stakeholders from across all Tribes. 
  • Work collaboratively with all Tribes to support with 1st line controls testing including providing guidance, action plan tracking and thematic reporting. 
  • Work with the wider Enterprise Risk Management team in carrying out the Group’s 2nd line assurance programme to provide independent oversight on a range of critical business activities. This will include testing the design and effectiveness of key controls, making recommendations and report writing where required. 
  • Produce, track and investigate key risk data such as issue data, key risk indicators and key performance indicators. 
  • Produce risk reports for various audiences such as senior management and the Risk Committee. 
  • Act as a champion for Enterprise risk management by being a trusted point of contact for risk related queries and supporting with risk-related training and education.
