The Role

Finding the best talent in the market is pivotal to our ambitious plans for the future of Dojo, we’re expanding the Talent team to make sure we’re consistently reaching top talent and providing a market leading candidate experience. You’ll be responsible for attracting, engaging and hiring the best Tech, Product and Data talent in the market. Partnering closely with Senior Talent Partners and their stakeholders, understanding their hiring needs, and owning the end to end candidate experience hiring across a broad variety of tech roles.

What you will do…

  • Partner with Senior Talent Partners and their stakeholders across Technology, Product & Data to understand their requirements, identify hiring pains, and proactively drive solutions 

  • Engage with passive candidates in niche markets through a variety of sources - going above and beyond to identify high quality & diverse talent 

  • Hold detailed exploratory calls to truly understand candidate’s suitability for specific Tech, Product & Data positions as well as alignment to Dojo’s values and traits

  • Advocate & execute exceptional Candidate Experience whilst always being an active and engaging brand ambassador for Dojo

  • Collaborate with Senior TA Partners, People Operations and Workplace experience to provide a seemless hiring experience

  • Assist in the organisation of internal mobilty, arranging interviews, gathering feedback and helping to drive decisions

What you will bring...

  • Demonstrated experience hiring for Tech related positions, ideally but not necessarily at a fast paced, high growth tech company

  • Proven track record of successfully applying diversity equity and inclusion practices

  • Excellent communicator, can clearly and concisely contribute and influence

  • The ability to thrive within a pressurised, fast-paced and constantly changing environment

  • A strategic, long term approach - you think about the bigger picture to solve current and future problems

  • Capable of dealing with ambiguity and copious amounts of change - your agility and willingness to adapt will be imperative
