Ready to be a driving force for our Dojo Bookings product? We’re looking for a high-energy Product Sales Representative to join our London team. You’ll be at the heart of the action, using data-driven insights and a consultative approach to help our hospitality merchants thrive. This is a fast-paced role, perfect for someone who loves connecting with people and wants to provide world-class restaurant management solutions to businesses.
Proactively engage our existing merchants through high-velocity outbound campaigns to introduce them to Dojo Bookings.
Manage a high volume of warm leads, diagnosing merchant needs to deploy the best Bookings system for their goals.
Work with our Product and Onboarding teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from the first call to go-live.
Oversee your pipeline, ensuring every opportunity is explored and every interaction is documented with discipline.
Become an expert on Dojo Bookings, advising businesses on how our solution can solve their operational pain points.
A background in high-volume outbound sales or account management, ideally within SaaS, Hospitality Technology, or Fintech.
The ability to perform deep discovery and tailor solutions to specific customer needs and pain points.
Experience managing an existing client database to identify and close cross-sell opportunities.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a high-volume calling environment and build rapport quickly.
A disciplined approach to documenting customer interactions and managing sales pipelines in CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot.
An energetic, self-starter mentality with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
