We’re reinventing payments.
In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game changing.
Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year.
But we’re just getting started.
Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.
The role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Salesforce programme as a Salesforce Release Manager, where you will be a key contributor to optimising and streamlining our development and release processes. You will take the lead in designing, maintaining, and enhancing our continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using the Copado platform. This is a chance to work in a supportive, collaborative atmosphere, where you can continuously hone your skills and champion efficient, governed release management.
What you will do...
Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using the Copado DevOps platform, configuring pipelines, environments, and system integrations.
Champion and enforce best practices for version control, branching strategies, and automated deployments.
Manage and administer Salesforce environments within the Copado framework, ensuring effective data masking and seeding strategies.
Leverage Copado's features for monitoring Salesforce application performance and deployments, and configure alerts and dashboards.
Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues, environment problems, and performance bottlenecks related to the Copado pipeline.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automated testing frameworks and create release notes for each deployment.
What you will bring...
Proven experience working with the Salesforce platform, with a strong understanding of its metadata.
Significant hands-on experience with the Copado DevOps platform, including setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
A strong grasp of version control systems, particularly Git, and their integration with Copado.
Familiarity with Salesforce DX, the SFDX CLI, and automation scripting (e.g., Shell, Python).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A strong desire to learn, experiment, and continuously improve in a hands-on, collaborative setting.
Dojo home and away
We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person. These “together days” foster communication, drive innovation and spark our brightest ideas.
That's why we have an office-first culture. This means working from the office 4+ days per week.
With offices across Europe, we know a thing or two about staying dynamic. Need deep focus? Head to a quiet zone. Big ideas? Collaboration spaces have you covered. Just here for a catch-up? Our social hubs make it easy. Do work that counts, in spaces made for you.
