Il 2024 segna ambiziosi obiettivi di crescita per la nostra "scaling machine", la Growth Tribe. Con tutte le forze in campo puntiamo ad aumentare la nostra base clienti ogni mese ed ad espandere la nostra presenza globale. Il nostro team di underwriting è fondamentale per assicurare un’esperienza di onboarding agevole, un elemento vitale del nostro successo.
Mentre continuiamo la nostra espansione in Europa, stiamo creando un nuovo team di underwriting a Milano, che si occuperà specificamente del mercato italiano. Questo team lavorerà a stretto contatto con i nostri attuali team di Rischio nel Regno Unito e in Spagna, ma opererà come una nuova unità dedicata che fungerà da scudo contro frodi, reati finanziari e rischio di credito. Data la nostra rapida crescita, sfrutterai la tua competenza nell'analisi finanziaria e non finanziaria per garantire che i candidati soddisfino la propensione al rischio di Dojo.
Lavorerai a fianco di un team qualificato di professionisti scrupolosi, aiutando a costituire il team di underwriting nel mercato, ad interagire in modo proattivo con gli stakeholder e i clienti interni per gestire e mitigare il rischio e a supportare la continua crescita ed espansione di Dojo.

First launch was back in 2009. So with over 15 years in the payments industry, we’ve got a story to tell.
Dojo is built to soothe customer and consumer pain points across the world for over 140,000 customers.
And today, there’s over 1,200 of us in multiple locations across the UK, Ireland, Spain, and Italy.
Our mission is to empower businesses to thrive in the experience economy by creating the tools and tech that turns transactions into meaningful relationships.
We do that through sophisticated EPOS payments integrations, fast transactions, hospitality bookings, and a strong consumer restaurant app.

We love collaboration. We have offices across Europe – that takes some dynamism.
Long-distance calls are a must, but we’ve always valued in-person work when it’s possible, especially meetings. We aim for asynchronous communication when we can though.
Don’t like rules? Nor do we. We avoid top-down policies – it’s all about teams having the power to fuel their success.
