Being here - create your career path

Tackling big projects with even bigger ambitions isn’t for everyone. But if you’ve got the skills and the tenacity, you’ll be trusted to make the right calls at Dojo.

Our approach

We’re a passionate bunch, determined to serve our customers better. But having fun, enjoying what we do and loving the people (and dogs) we work with are just as important.

From sharing ideas, opinions and perspectives to sharing a drink after work, our approach is collaborative, always.

The things every Dojoer does

Everyone's different at Dojo. And that's the way we like it. But while everyone has the freedom to approach problem-solving in their own unique way, there are four core things we all share.

Champion our customers

We empower businesses to thrive in the experience economy. It's a big mission. Huge, in fact. That means we have to constantly think about – and ultimately solve – complex problems for our customers. Because progress doesn't happen unless you put your best foot forward.

Embrace your superpowers

Our people make us tick. Every single brilliant one of them. We champion individuality and inclusivity. Because we believe having different points of view is how we generate our best solutions – our most creative ideas – and how we get the best outcomes for our customers.

Tear down barriers

We don't wait to be told – we get stuff done and then own our mistakes. We don't have it all figured out, but we know being relentless in our pursuit of better is the only way we'll achieve real change. Confidence with ambiguity is an essential trait at Dojo.

Ask what’s next

To create genuine change, we had to challenge what was possible and step into the unknown. To move fast and make good later. This risk-taking mentality fuels our thinking and actions to this day and is the engine behind our new products and services.

Canalside in Paddington

Oak floors, floor to ceiling windows and the scent of specialty coffee welcome you into Dojo HQ. Here everyone’s welcome, even our pets. With a zen garden for some wellbeing time, comfy meeting rooms for collaboration, cool concrete aesthetic and of course a well-stocked drinks fridge, you’ll feel inspired there all day long.

In the mix of Bristol city

Right by Temple Meads, you’re never far from Bristol’s great places. Dojo Bristol is filled with natural light from all angles and a friendly face in every direction – and when it’s time for a break, the healthy drinks fridge and coffee options are ready and waiting. Oh and of course you’ll spot a dog or 2, too.

Groups and communities at Dojo

Individuality matters. So we actively encourage everyone at Dojo to join or create groups that matter to them – and celebrate what makes us all different.
