The Role...

Are you a driven and results-oriented sales professional with a passion for mid-market sales? Dojo, a rapidly growing fintech company, is looking for a talented Mid-Market Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you'll drive revenue growth and contribute significantly to the success of our direct sales business. If you thrive in a customer-centric and innovative environment, this opportunity is for you.

What You'll Do...

  • Execute a strategic sales plan aligned with Dojo's objectives.
  • Identify and pursue mid-market opportunities, developing effective sales strategies within your assigned territory.
  • Build and strengthen Dojo's mid-market sales network through collaboration with marketing and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target organisations to promote Dojo's solutions and secure profitable agreements.
  • Offer periodic assistance to the account management department concerning contract renewals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to optimising sales processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
  • Deliver comprehensive reports on performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

What You'll Bring...

  • Proven experience selling payment solutions in the UK market.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong sales and negotiation expertise within the mid-market segment, specifically in verticals such as hospitality, retail, healthcare, and leisure & entertainment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in strategic account planning and execution.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced sales environment.
