About the Role
Are you a driven and results-oriented sales professional with a passion for enterprise solutions? Dojo, a rapidly growing fintech company, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of our enterprise business. If you thrive in a customer-focused, innovative environment, we want to hear from you.
What You Will Do
Drive sales strategies within your client accounts to achieve Dojo's enterprise goals.
Identify and pursue enterprise opportunities, developing effective sales plans.
Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to strengthen Dojo’s enterprise sales network.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target organisations to promote Dojo’s solutions and secure profitable business agreements.
Offer periodic assistance to the account management department concerning contract renewals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Contribute to optimising sales processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
Provide comprehensive reports to senior stakeholders on performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
Work from specified locations as required and focus on opportunities exceeding £20M card turnover.
Collaborate closely with the risk department on financial matters.
What You Will Bring
Proven experience selling payment solutions in the UK market.
Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets.
Strong sales and negotiation expertise in the enterprise segment, specifically within verticals like hospitality, retail, healthcare, and leisure & entertainment.
A passion for contributing to high-performing sales teams.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in strategic account planning and execution.
Ability to prioritise effectively and adapt to rapid changes in a dynamic sales environment.
