We are seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to support our payment self-employed consultants by managing essential administrative tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless operations and effective support for our team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee contract administration processes.
  • Conduct and manage background checks for new hires and existing self-employed consultants.
  • Maintain and organize the archive systems for easy access and retrieval.
  • Provide support during onboarding sessions, ensuring smooth integration for new team members.
  • Create and enhance internal processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Required skills:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Fluent in Google Sheet/ Excel
