The Role...

We're looking for a client-centric and commercially-minded Data Insight Analyst to work within our Data Products team to turn data into meaningful insight and new solutions for our customers.

You’ll work closely with data and product colleagues on analysis, dashboards, data development and storytelling with actionable insights.

What you’ll do...

  • Use data to track performance and answer key business questions for our customers.

  • Run deep-dive analyses to explore trends, customer behaviour, and performance drivers.

  • Spend time with customers to discover new opportunities to deliver impactful solutions for them via intuitive analysis and dashboard improvements. 

  • Take a proactive approach to supporting current and prospective users with insight that provides demonstrable value of our data solutions.

  • Collaborate with Data Science and Data Analyst colleagues on priority workstreams for developing our portfolio of Data Product opportunities, sharing insights and best practices.

  • Support sales pitches with actionable insights and storytelling.

  • Help drive a culture of data-informed decision making within Dojo and for our customers.

What you'll bring...

  • A strong background of data analytics with experience of programming in SQL.

  • Demonstrable experience in developing analysis in client-facing and commercial environments. You know how to shape requirements, work productively, communicate with your stakeholders and organise resources.

  • You can understand and manipulate large datasets, combining data from multiple sources to obtain the required results.

  • You can communicate effectively within a team and with non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements.

  • You have got a keen eye for detail and are renowned for having high standards in your work.

  • A self-starter and independent worker, able to prioritise effectively, refining problem statements into actionable analysis.
     

Nice to have...

  • Our specific tech stack: BigQuery, Looker, dbt, Databricks, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

  • Data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Looker, Tableau)

  • Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

  • Commercial, strategy, consumer or customer-focused analytics role

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in exploring data

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
