We’re reinventing payments.
In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game changing.

Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year.
But we’re just getting started.

Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.

The role

The Analyst, Revenue Strategy & Operations role is responsible for delivering data-driven insights and reporting on revenue performance and its drivers, to inform decision making and help the revenue organisation achieve its growth objectives. The role involves collaborating closely with revenue leaders, Finance, Data, Operations and Marketing teams to identify gaps in reporting, build data pipelines, dashboards, custom reports and analyses that improve our understanding of the business, drive sales team initiatives, and inform long term planning. Examples of key projects you will work on include setting up full sales funnel reporting, account scoring, and documenting the data and reporting infrastructure to improve the self-serve capability across the revenue organisation.

This role will report to the Head of Business Analytics team within the Revenue Strategy & Operations function. The Business Analytics team is a specialised team that works directly with Revenue leadership and partners closely with other teams at Dojo to drive impactful analytics that drive revenue performance. Dojo is on an exciting journey as we grow the business in our core UK market and expand into new markets across Europe. This role and team are critical to support this ambition. You will have a high level of autonomy and responsibility, will quickly see the impact of your work and have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the future success of the business.

What you will do...

  • Build a solid understanding of our business, industry, and our data with key stakeholders through data analysis and modelling.
  • Partner with revenue leaders to identify, analyse, and report on key sales and revenue performance metrics as well as scoping novel analyses, identifying opportunities and working on end to end projects that drive tangible actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, Central Data, Monetisation and Finance, to gather and integrate relevant data for comprehensive sales reporting and analysis
  • Influence and improve executive decision making - the insights and analysis should drive impact across the revenue function and business.
  • Own the datasets that enable our team to report on and analyse sales and revenue performance. Maintain up to date and accurate documentation on our datasets and reporting.
  • Build reports and dashboards that enable our stakeholders to self serve common data needs

What you will bring...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering or similar quantitative discipline
  • Experience in a fast growing fintech or B2B technology company. Payments experience a plus.
  • Analytical experience in a revenue / sales operations or business analytics function, working on projects such as sales funnel analytics, lead scoring, territory formation, setting and tracking sales targets, forecasting & similar
  • Strong SQL skills and have generated and delivered insights and narratives, built and owned dashboards and visualisations
  • Experience with data pipelines and maintaining datasets for a large team/organisation
  • Extensive experience in Google Workspace / Excel model building, creating executive presentations and reports
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), Business Intelligence tools (e.g. dbt & Looker) and reporting automation tools
  • High degree of business acumen and intellectual curiosity
  • Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Dojo home and away

We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person. These “together days” foster communication, drive innovation and spark our brightest ideas.

That's why we have an office-first culture. This means working from the office 4+ days per week.

With offices across Europe, we know a thing or two about staying dynamic. Need deep focus? Head to a quiet zone. Big ideas? Collaboration spaces have you covered. Just here for a catch-up? Our social hubs make it easy. Do work that counts, in spaces made for you.

Question: what’s curious, relentless, and customer obsessed?

If you’re keen to know the answer, you’re a third of the way to meeting our Dojo values.

If the following speak to you, let’s talk:

  • You’re curious. You have a real desire to learn and create.
  • You’re relentless. You keep going even when it’s easier not to.
  • You’re customer-obsessed. You know how important customers are to what you do.
