We’re reinventing payments.
In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game changing.

Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year.
But we’re just getting started.

Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.

The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior Delivery Lead to join our team at Dojo. This role is crucial for managing the end-to-end delivery of our most complex and high-impact programmes. The successful candidate will be a master of execution, capable of leading and influencing cross-functional teams, managing expectations across the business, and driving successful outcomes.

Sitting within our Central Delivery team, this position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in change management and a proven ability to successfully integrate and manage third-party vendors.

What you will do…

  • Strategic Delivery: Own the entire delivery lifecycle for complex programmes, from initial planning and scoping through to implementation and benefit realisation. Ensure all initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Programme Leadership: Run the governance for the programme of work with responsibility for helping solve blockers, resource gaps and other challenges
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, concise, and regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Manage expectations and ensure alignment on objectives, risks, and progress
  • Risk and Dependency Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues, developing effective contingency plans to keep delivery on track. Collaborate with other Delivery Leads to identify and manage dependencies to keep work on track
  • Third-Party Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external partners and vendors. Lead the vendor selection process, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure third parties meet their delivery commitments and align with programme goals
  • Change Management Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions for new products, systems, and processes. This includes stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and readiness assessments to drive successful adoption
  • Delivery Best Practice: Collaborate with the Director of Delivery to continuously optimise and improve delivery ways of working across Dojo

What you will bring…

  • Delivery and Programme management experience: with a proven track record of working on large complex initiatives that cut across a Product & Tech organisation that have delivered business value
  • Delivery and Programme management experience across all functions of an organisation: bringing together all the streams necessary to achieve the business outcomes (beyond Product & Tech)
  • Change Management: Proven experience in designing and implementing organisational change management strategies
  • Vendor Management: Demonstrable experience in managing third-party vendors, including contract negotiation and ongoing performance management
  • Influencing collaboratively: Experience of working within a delivery framework, and working with others to improve the delivery ways of working. Proven track record of fostering collaboration within tribes/team and across the wider business.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience of influencing senior stakeholders and building strong relationships with CXO level stakeholders
  • Thinking Big: Understanding of delivery best practices, and ability to use these to iterate the right approach to delivery for the team
  • Deliver Results: Track record of driving  impactful results in spite of ambiguity, and course-correcting when things change
  • Salesforce implementation experience is preferred

Dojo home and away

We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person. These “together days” foster communication, drive innovation and spark our brightest ideas.

That's why we have an office-first culture. This means working from the office 4+ days per week.

With offices across Europe, we know a thing or two about staying dynamic. Need deep focus? Head to a quiet zone. Big ideas? Collaboration spaces have you covered. Just here for a catch-up? Our social hubs make it easy. Do work that counts, in spaces made for you.

Question: what’s curious, relentless, and customer obsessed?

If you’re keen to know the answer, you’re a third of the way to meeting our Dojo values.

If the following speak to you, let’s talk:

  • You’re curious. You have a real desire to learn and create.
  • You’re relentless. You keep going even when it’s easier not to.
  • You’re customer-obsessed. You know how important customers are to what you do.
