The Role….
The Central Analytics Engineering team sits at the intersection of business teams, Insight Analytics, and Data Engineering to transform data into actionable assets for the business. This enables informed, data-led decision-making and allows us to deliver world-class products to our customers.

As a Central team, we work closely with a number of business units and squads on long-term projects, system migrations (which involve data modelling), and smaller business initiatives. As an AE team, we also dedicate time to our own internal data initiatives, which help us maintain a strong reputation in the business, ensure our tools and systems scale alongside the organisation, and provide a platform for us to do our best work - examples include data governance and observability.
At Dojo, the Data function is an exciting space where you can make an impact from day one. You’ll have the opportunity to shape its development, bringing your expertise in technology and commercial problem-solving to work alongside other experts to scale processes and drive smarter decisions.
