Tu misión en este rol:
Como Trainer Comercial, serás responsable de formar y acompañar nuestra red de consultores comerciales autónomos en Madrid. Tu labor será clave en la expansión de Dojo en el mercado español.

Key responsabilities

    • Tactical Training of the PC Channel: Coaching field sales agents - to change this to 'train the trainer' vs directly training PC's
    • Cold Consultative Selling Methodology: Implementing effective sales techniques - to update this to supporting training on sales methodologies, but sales management to implement
     
  • Field Coaching and Shadowing: Hands-on support and on-the-ground mentoring.
    ● Development of Training Assets: Creating educational materials and resources.
    ● Performance Analysis: Monitoring and evaluating sales metrics.
