We’re reinventing payments.
In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game changing.

Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year.
But we’re just getting started.

Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.

About the role: Dojo is growing fast in Spain, and we’re looking for someone eager to learn how real-world marketing works in a fintech environment. Forget about repetitive, back-office tasks; you’ll be an active part of our Madrid team, helping our brand stand out in every event and marketing asset we launch.

What you’ll do:
  • Events Management: You will assist in the organization, logistics, and execution of our face-to-face events for customers and partners.
  • Marketing Materials: Help create and adapt content, presentations, and promotional assets for the Spanish market.
  • Copywriting: We need someone who enjoys writing and knows how to craft engaging brand messages with precision.
  • Agency Coordination: Support the daily workflow with our external PR agency and other vendors.

What we’re looking for:
  • Current student in Advertising, PR, Marketing, or Journalism (must be eligible for an internship agreement).
  • Fluent English: You’ll be communicating with international colleagues, so confidence is key.
  • Writing skills: You should have a flair for creating clear, engaging content with perfect grammar.
  • An organized, proactive mindset with great attention to detail.

What’s in it for you?
  • Mentorship: You won’t be left to figure things out alone; you’ll have a dedicated mentor to help you grow.
  • Real Growth Opportunities: We value talent and want you to stay with us. There’s a genuine path for career progression.
  • Modern & Fun Offices: Work from a vibrant, cool workspace in central Madrid designed for collaboration.

Dojo home and away

We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person. These “together days” foster communication, drive innovation and spark our brightest ideas.

That's why we have an office-first culture. This means working from the office 4+ days per week.

With offices across Europe, we know a thing or two about staying dynamic. Need deep focus? Head to a quiet zone. Big ideas? Collaboration spaces have you covered. Just here for a catch-up? Our social hubs make it easy. Do work that counts, in spaces made for you.

Question: what’s curious, relentless, and customer obsessed?

If you’re keen to know the answer, you’re a third of the way to meeting our Dojo values.

If the following speak to you, let’s talk:

  • You’re curious. You have a real desire to learn and create.
  • You’re relentless. You keep going even when it’s easier not to.
  • You’re customer-obsessed. You know how important customers are to what you do.
