The Role

We're on a mission to become the most trusted payments provider, and we're looking for an elite Senior Field Sales Associate to make it happen. Based in the Republic of Ireland, you'll be pivotal in the strategic growth of its independent Payments Consultant (PC) network, and responsible for delivering high-level field expertise and strategic guidance to optimise the performance of the self employed channel. 

What you will do…

  • Achieve monthly sales targets, and demonstrate to new PCs technical and tactical methods to  close deals
    Provide hands-on field coaching to our PCs, providing knowledge of our sales process to enable them to build their own business

  • Provide guidance and recommendations to support PC’s new to working with Dojo, preparing them for the next step in their Dojo journey.

  • Motivate and drive results through demonstration and individual focused guidance 

  • Act as a vital link between internal teams and PCs, identifying and relaying knowledge gaps and improvement opportunities.

  • Support the execution of the field sales strategy set by the Regional Commercial Manager and broader business.


What you will bring...

  • A standout track record as a top-performing salesperson within the card payments industry.

  • Experience working in the field, ideally with self-employed consultants.

  • Proven ability to optimise performance  and build strong relationships.

  • A hands-on approach to demonstrating the ability to achieve and deliver sales results.

  • The ability to adapt your sales approach in response to the market and business strategy.
