The Role


As a Product Manager you’ll be responsible for driving product definition, scope and delivery of innovative payments products. We’re looking for product managers with strong payments background, especially in the realm of card payments, emoney, card issuing and ecommerce. You’ll have proven product management, stakeholder management and excellent analytical skills. You will drive product strategies establishing and developing product plans and roadmaps for products and propositions and be responsible for their implementation and deployment.

What you will do…

  • Work closely with a team of skilled engineers and define strategy and roadmap, evangelising to the development teams and broader organisation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to make sure that you collaboratively provide for the company’s short- and long-term goals.
  • Contribute passion and enthusiasm for the product and customers. This means understanding and sharing the customers needs so that the teams are able and inspired to help.
  • Make sure that your team is constantly doing the right things, and has a healthy balance of innovation, reducing technical debt and providing maintenance and support.
  • Own, maintain, develop and enhance products KPIs, metrics and success criteria.


What you will bring...

  • Experience as a handon Product Manager (all levels considered with 3+ years minimum experience).
  • You have experience with product development and knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • You have excellent leadership, communication and relationship building skills.
  • Problem-solving and creative thinking aptitude.
