The Role

As a Sales Enablement Partner specialising in new product implementation and adoption, you will play a vital role in our Growth commercial Team. You will closely collaborate with our field Commercial managers to support and enhance the skills of our Field Sales Channel, which includes over 450 Self-Employed Payment Consultants. What you will do…

  • Design and deliver cutting-edge learning content and pathways, emphasising value-based selling, clear objectives, and deliverables.

  • Work closely with the Digital Enablement team to deploy innovative and scalable learning solutions beyond traditional classroom settings, including self-directed learning, technology-based learning, and learning on the job.

  • Champion and promote user-generated digital learning content on our LXP Thrive Platform, maximising blended learning opportunities.

  • Utilise data to make informed decisions, track, and measure the impact of learning programs tied to our overall Commercial/Growth strategies, specifically focused on successful new product implementation and adoption.

  • Take accountability for the timely delivery, implementation, quality, and impact metrics of development offerings tailored to the specialised needs of new product implementation and adoption.

  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) within the Growth Tribe, showcasing your learning expertise and advocating for the adoption of learning offerings.

  • Continuously explore opportunities to improve training effectiveness and ensure alignment with the 70/20/10 learning culture.

  • This role will be field-based and involve weekly regional travel around the Midlands and parts of Wales to engage with Payment Consultants, provide in-person support, and facilitate hands-on learning experiences, fostering stronger relationships and ensuring successful adoption of new products.

What you will bring...

  • In-depth understanding of value-based selling and prior experience working with Self-Employed teams.

  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proficient in creating engaging presentations, facilitation, and content creation for effective learning.

  • Familiarity with the 70-20-10 learning model and a deep appreciation for self-directed learning approaches.

  • Demonstrated curiosity for learning, personal development, and the ability to inspire others to do the same.

  • Expertise in working with LMS & LXP learning platforms to deliver impactful and results-driven training programs.

  • Proficient in data storytelling, effectively leveraging data to illustrate the business impact of various sales enablement initiatives.

About Dojo

We launched Dojo in 2019 to address business owners’ pain points across the UK. Since then, we’ve seen incredible growth as a scaling fintech, welcoming over 150,000 customers and growing the Dojo team to 1,000+ people across five locations. In that time, we’ve also introduced Dojo Virtual Queues & Bookings and the Dojo restaurant finder app, formerly known as WalkUp and loved by 1,000 restaurants and 750,000 diners.

Today, we work towards our mission to empower businesses to thrive in the Experience Economy by creating the tools and technology that turn transactions into meaningful relationships. For our business customers, that means fast funding, the fastest payments, smart integrations, and efficient virtual queues & bookings - all with instant insight across the board. For diners, that means getting seated at their favourite restaurants with just a couple of taps on the Dojo app. Whether it’s for busy business owners or hungry diners, every Dojo product is built to address real customer pain points by our dedicated teams in London, Bristol, Hull and Belfast.

Our values

At Dojo, we’re curious . We have an insatiable desire to learn and innovate. And we’re relentless . We persevere even when it’s easier not to. But, we’re nothing without our customers, who drive everything we do. From day one, Dojo was built on real customer pain points and every one of us is customer-obsessed.

Our way of working

Dojo has adopted a set of shared principles with the aim of increasing in-person collaboration and amplifying our ‘Customer First’ values. We encourage our employees to meet in-person over virtual meetings, and our communication is mostly asynchronous. Unlike most other businesses, we are intentionally avoiding a rules-based approach, and each team is empowered to make the arrangements that work best for their success. The answer to every scenario which tests these principles is: We trust you to use your judgement responsibly, in the best interest of our customers.
