The Role

We are a fast-paced department looking for a Sales Support Advisor to join our warm, friendly, and hard-working team to support our Payment Consultants. We are looking for an individual who is passionate, adaptable and ready for a challenge.

What you will do…

  • Deliver an outstanding and invaluable experience for the Payment Consultants

  • Proficient in Google sheets/excel 

  • Support the PCs on their journey as they take applications from pre-sales up to Live

  • Communicate effectively across inbound and outbound calls, emails, and more

  • Take individual ownership of your workload 

  • Utilise several in-house systems across both our Paymentsense and Dojo brands
